In Person Courses - Terms and Conditions
ADULT COURSES - TIMINGS: 10am – 4pm each day. There will be a 15 minute break in the morning and afternoon, as well as 45 minutes for lunch.
LOCATION: Art Profile Ltd is the trading name of Peter Keegan Studio. Our trading address is East and Botolph Claydon Village Hall, Botyl Road, Botolph Claydon, Bucks, MK18 2LR. If you require our company’s registered address, please contact us. We are not ordinarily open to the public - please call or email if you would like to make an appointment to visit. Courses take place at different locations and this will be specified in the individual course details.
TUITION FEES (Adult Courses): All course prices include VAT. Course prices are stated in the individual course details. This fee includes most materials but please check details of what you will need to bring yourself. Your course fee includes refreshments but not lunch.
PAYMENT: No course can be reserved until payment is received. If you are having trouble booking through the website please contact us to book over the phone. Please note that we do not accept cash, cheque or PayPal.
PART PAYMENT PLANS: Part payment options and plans can be discussed and agreed on a case by case basis. Please call 01296 733200 to discuss this with us or email info@peterkeegan.com and we will be happy to help.
CANCELLATION: Please note these updated terms for in-person courses taking place in 2024;
At least 4 weeks prior to the start date – full refund minus 3% administration charge
Within 4 weeks of the start date – If we can fill your space, we will happily offer you a full refund minus 3% admin charge, or you may transfer to another course (free of charge). If we cannot fill your place, please note we are not able to offer transfers, exchanges or refunds.
If we need to cancel a course for any reason, you will of course receive a full refund.
Art Profile Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change course dates if the necessity arises. If a course is cancelled, you may transfer to another course in the same year if a place is available or a refund will be given. Art Profile Ltd reserves the right to change any aspect of these terms and conditions in the event of a force majeure.
You should consider taking out your own cancellation insurance, particularly if you are travelling from a distance and booking your own accommodation.
FULL COURSES: If the course you'd like to attend is fully booked, please click the link to add your name to the waiting list. If a space becomes available you will be contacted.
FOOD: Your tuition fee does not include any food or refreshments and you should be aware there is no nearby shop. The nearest Co-op is in nearby Winslow or Steeple Claydon.
COURSE REQUIREMENT LISTS: A Course Requirements List will be sent to enrolled students near to the course start, giving details of any additional items you will need to bring with you. A basic list is available on the course details page at the time of booking.
AGE: All courses are for participants over 18*. Under 18’s may be allowed to attend at our discretion, if they are accompanied by another paying adult who takes responsibility for them. Please contact us to discuss this before booking a place.
ACCESSIBILITY: Please contact us for specific details of each venue.
STAYING IN THE AREA: The courses are non-residential. However, we do have a list of recommended accommodation in Buckinghamshire so please ask if you would like us to send you this.
FOREIGN LANGUAGE STUDENTS: Are very welcome but must have a good knowledge of English to enable them to participate fully in the course.
DATA AND MARKETING: By enrolling on a course, you can agree to sign up to our email mailing list, through which we can keep you up to date on all the latest news and courses.
RECEIPTS: Please contact us if you require a VAT receipt.

PLEASE NOTE your possessions are brought on site at your own risk and all vehicles are parked at your own risk. No smoking is allowed and no dogs or other animals are permitted on site. No children or non-participating adults will be permitted to attend the courses.
To the best of our knowledge, all information given on this website is correct. However, Art Profile Ltd reserve the right to correct or amend any aspect of the courses in the event of circumstances where such changes are deemed to be necessary or appropriate.
